This tumbler works with our Classic SnowStar Theatrical Snow & Confetti Machine but has rotating, round perforations that provide snow and confetti effects from a dusting to a blizzard. It works with Rose Brand FR Paper Snowflakes or Confetti (not included) for the ultimate snow or confetti effect.
